Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in your emails or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Early cancellation of a Founding 20 contract

A Founding 20 contract is an annual contract. Cancelling before 12 months from the start date makes the value of the free service months you actually used (up to 4) payable at the discounted monthly rate, plus 15% VAT. This amount is not a fee or a penalty — it is the price of service months you already used. Paid months are not refunded, and after 12 months nothing is due for the free months. The exact amount is shown on the Manage subscription page before you confirm, an invoice is issued with a pay link, and the place is not released back to the Founding 20 counter.

Refunds

Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not used the service.

After that, no refund for partial periods, except for a service failure attributable to Carviora.

Refunds are returned only to the original payment card, never in cash or to another card.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days; your bank may take longer to show them.

Email info@partnora-sa.com or call +966 59 914 6670 with your company name, subscription reference and reason. We reply within 7 calendar days.

Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute. This text is published in Arabic and English; if they differ, the Arabic text prevails.
