Fuel management
The driver photographs the fuel receipt and odometer; AI reads the data and the driver confirms it, with fuel-statement import.
A maintenance record per vehicle
Every service done through Carviora or elsewhere, in one record.
Drivers & vehicles
Driver accounts by invitation from the fleet manager, a driver assigned to each vehicle, and a saved assignment history.
Vehicle documents
Upload insurance, registration and the periodic inspection, with alerts 30 and 7 days before expiry.

What the subscription does not include
The cost of towing, maintenance and repair services is paid per request, in stages, and only after your approval.

- A 30-day free trial for every fleet, then your subscription starts.
- Monthly billing: the full price. Annual billing: pay 10 months, get 12.
- Founding 20: an annual contract — the first 4 months are free, then monthly payments from month five at the discounted annual rate, continuing as long as your subscription stays active. 20 places left
Founding 20 only: early cancellation of the Founding 20 contract means you pay the value of the free service months you have already used (up to 4 months) at the discounted rate, plus VAT. After 12 months, nothing is due for the free months. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Example: 120 vehicles = 50 × 9 + 70 × 8 = 1,010 SAR per month.
Your price is locked once you subscribe.
