What Carviora is

Carviora is a marketplace that connects customers with independent certified providers (service centers, tow trucks and mobile technicians). Carviora does not deliver the services itself; each provider is responsible for the service it performs.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt its operation.

Do not submit false information or other people's data without permission.

Do not copy or scrape content for commercial use without written consent.

Intellectual property

The Carviora name, logo, design and content belong to Partnora Company or its licensors. No right is granted except to use the site as intended.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Partnora Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for acts or omissions of independent providers. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under Saudi law, including the E-Commerce Law.

Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute. This text is published in Arabic and English; if they differ, the Arabic text prevails.
