Subscription and payment records: plan, invoices and gateway references (never full card data).

To provide and bill the service, to notify you before launch, to answer your requests, to meet legal and tax obligations, and to keep the platform secure.

Legal basis

Your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legal obligations.

Retention

Transaction, consent and invoice records are kept for at least 2 years, or longer where the law requires. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

Sharing

We share data only as needed with the payment processor, the acquiring bank, email and hosting providers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
