What the subscription covers

The subscription gives your company access to the Carviora Fleet platform and its tools for the number of vehicles you choose. It does not include the cost of towing, repair, parts or any other service. Those are priced per request, approved by you before work starts and paid in stages.

Pricing

A graduated price per vehicle per month, in SAR, excluding VAT: vehicles 1–50 at 9 SAR, 51–200 at 8 SAR, 201–500 at 7 SAR and above 500 at 6.5 SAR. The monthly total is the sum of each band. Current figures are always shown on the fleets page. 15% VAT is added on the subscribe page and on invoices.

Billing cycles

Monthly billing, or annual billing where you pay 10 months and get 12.

Your price is locked for as long as the subscription stays active.

Changes to vehicle count or billing cycle apply from the next cycle, with no mid-cycle proration.

Founding 20

An offer for the first 20 subscribing fleets: an annual contract paid monthly at the annual-plan rate (monthly total × 10 ÷ 12), with 4 free months at the start of the contract, and your price locked while the subscription stays active. The offer appears on the subscribe page while places remain, and places are allocated in order.

Early cancellation of a Founding 20 contract

A Founding 20 contract is an annual contract. If you cancel before 12 months from the start date, you pay the value of the free service months you actually used (up to 4) at the discounted monthly rate, plus 15% VAT. This amount is not a fee or a penalty — it is the price of service months you already used. Paid months are not refunded, and after 12 months nothing is due for the free months. The exact amount is shown on the Manage subscription page before you confirm, an invoice is issued with a pay link, and the place is not released back to the Founding 20 counter.

Start date and renewal

The subscription starts on the platform launch date (1 January 2027, Asia/Riyadh) unless stated otherwise. No charge is made before the start date. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle until cancelled.

Failed payment and suspension

If a payment fails we email a pay link and remind you on days 1, 3 and 7. If it remains unpaid, the subscription is suspended until payment is made.

Termination

You may cancel at any time from the Manage subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, subject to payment of the value of the used free months for Founding 20 contracts. We may terminate for serious breach of these terms after notice. Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute. This text is published in Arabic and English; if they differ, the Arabic text prevails.
